Baywatch Condominiums, located at 1150 Fort Pickens Road on beautiful Pensacola Beach, is a charming complex comprised of 87 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units overlooking the blue green waters of the intracoastal waterway. Owners and guests enjoy a community pool, pier, and a pond boardwalk with soothing fountains and lots of wildlife including turtles, ducks, herons, pelicans and more. Many of our owners have been at Baywatch for ten years or more and guests return year after year to enjoy the tranquility of our grounds. A short drive or trolley ride takes you to all the action, restaurants, night life, etc. at the core of the beach.
The interior area of Baywatch (including pool, pond and commons areas) has been designated as a playground area for children by the board of directors. Drive slowly and watch for children and others walking in the driving areas.
